Compliance

We are registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), providing audits in accordance with SEC and the PCAOB regulations.

Our experience with SEC regulations, requirements and protocol allows us to facilitate the initial SEC filings through the complex process of becoming an actively traded public company.

Quality Control

Per our own internal procedures, we conduct detailed reviews of all deliverables to consistently assure the highest standard of quality control.
